At TinyLighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. RETURN POLICY:

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Consider extending this time during the holiday season.
Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition

Return Shipping:

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Recommended Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. TinyLighting is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. REFUNDS:

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Refund Method: The money will be refunded to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Refund Amount:

Full Refund: If the return meets all of the eligibility criteria, you will be refunded the full purchase price of the items, excluding the original shipping costs (unless the return was due to our error or the product was defective).

Partial Refund: We may issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or shows signs of use. We will notify you of the reason for any partial refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

4. EXCHANGES:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund (following the steps above) and place a new order for the desired item.

5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MICRO-DESCRIPTION ITEMS:

Report immediately: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of delivery - e.g. 48 hours) with photos of the damage/defective item and packaging.
Replacement or refund: We will either provide you with a replacement item (if available) or a full refund, including return shipping costs. We may require you to return the damaged or defective item and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
