HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Currently international shipping costs are $9.90 per package. For orders over $100, we automatically offer free shipping.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We provide worldwide shipping.

HOW LONG WILL A BUYER RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
On average, items are manufactured and shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days of purchase (In-stock items will ship after an order is confirmed within 24 hours). Standard transit/shipping times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international).

HOW CAN CUSTOMERS TRACK THEIR ORDER?
Once your package has been shipped, we will send a tracking number directly to your email. You can track the progress of your shipment by viewing your order details in the Track My Order section on our website. Alternatively, use the tracking number provided to track your order on the carrier's website.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY?
We use a full-service shipping company. All taxes, duties and customs duties will be paid by us. There are no additional charges to the customer.

RETURNS
If your order is damaged or defective, you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. We only process returns and refunds for defective, damaged, or mis-described items. To initiate a return, please contact us with a photo of the item you wish to return along with the packaging label to confirm it is our product. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
